Are they building web applications now? I thought they had given up on the web version of Reason.

"Full stack" means that the position invloves coding the whole thing - from GUI & networking right down to the core procedures, like audio engine in case of DAW. It has nothing to do with web.

Although, if anyone remembers this - there was a showcase of running REs and DAW in web - and hardware - already few years back. I actually thought Verdane invested in Props precisely because of that tech, TBH:

"Full stack" means that the position invloves coding the whole thing - from GUI & networking right down to the core procedures, like audio engine in case of DAW. It has nothing to do with web.

Nah, "full stack" actually refers to network only - both backend (server) and frontend (website). No one uses this term to describe desktop apps or DSP.

They need a full stack developer for their web site to be able to filter antic604 automatically. Cheaper than doing it by hand…
I also recall that term only being used for web based applications… But who knows, those meanings and contexts can shift…

Isn’t one of the symptoms of ADHD to claim you don’t have it???
So it still might cure it… You will know when you are able to say “in the past I was a victim of ADHD but now I’m cured…”
If that doesn’t happen I’ll ask Claes to jump in…

Edit: yes, it's actually what they mean too here... so the talk about DAW development was basically just more of the same lame and tiring bullshit....

I never even bothered to check the job listing because I assumed it's actually for Reason development, since the CEO implied that... But it's indeed for web...
