What chord....

This is my favorite guitar chord in the whole world---
it's an E maj 7 (with a 6 or 13, depending on who you ask).

E - Open
A - 11
D - 11
G - 11
B - 12
E - 11

Easy to play, and rings beautifully on most guitars.

Correctly spoken it's an Emaj7/9/13 (the 6th would replace the 7th), but most of the time I prefer this very chord with a D - 14 (an E). Might be because of the internal shape.

But then you lose the 13, which to me is an essential part of the color of this chord.
