Hi, i accidently upgraded the Intro Version but...i can not find a huge difference that worth 60 €.
i thought i get the nice synth also...but each of them cost around 150 bucks or the Collection for reduced 300...

So:

- i can´t open Pigments Fullversion in ALV - but Integration of Pigments 3.0 sound engine in V 5.0.2 :x
- i have 1500 more presets okay...thats huge
- Explore the greatest instruments
From Mini V to Pigments 3, Stage-73 V to OB-Xa V, explore thousands of sounds from the past, the present, and the future of music. - Yeah but i have not any of the Plugins...so can only explore the sound only not the digitalized synth...1 or 2 synth would have been a good idea to make it tasty for us
- better browsing? hm...
- creating Playlists? dont know how to use it

Please can anybody explain what i dont understand here?

The only difference between Analog Lab Intro and Analog Lab is the number of presets.
You can open the individual instruments in Analog Lab (as well as in Intro) when you own them. So if you buy Pigments you can open it directly in Analog Lab. If not you can just tweak the parameters available in Analog Lab.

Thanky 4 reply...i own Pigments but it will not open inside Analog Lab...i first updated to LAB, while Pigments was already activated before. Today i updated booth...

In the Picture u see Pigments dll in my Plugin folder, and how Analog Lab shows me an Issue. Booth are activated and working well separately.

That's definitely not normal. Can you PM me the email you are using for your Arturia account so we can check what's wrong?

Hi capracan,
I would like to know: with which preset are you trying to open pigments? You shouldn't be able to open the presets you don't own via the store for example.
What I can recommand you to do is to clean the preferences of both AL and Pigments via the Arturia Software Center. You can do this by selecting AL/Pigments, click on the arrow next to uninstall and then 'clean prefs'.
If the issue persist you can send me your email adress (PM) or contact the support team in order for us to check if there is any issues with your licenses.

Thanks,
Adrien - Arturia QA Technician
