I notice two things in the Mac beta version.
When I drop a phrase onto the timeline and release the mouse button, the phrase is still attached to the mouse and I have to do several double-clicks before a copy is put on the timeline but the phrase still follows the mouse.

Next thing, I resize the phrase on the timeline, if I use the controls, everything is fine, it's when I type in the resize value, the application exits and the restart app dialog appears.

The only reason I was doing beta is because that supported the M1 but you're corrent, the release now supports that including the installer so I'll be using that now.

RC 4.3 (Windows 10) - I'm noticing that when drag chords into the RC Master Track from Scaler I'm often not getting the full complex chord that was in Scaler, but instead am getting a simplification of it (e.g. to a triad).

Is there a setting I need to make, or something else I need to understand about this process in order to get Scaler chords into RC exactly as per the original?

RC 4.3 (WIndows 10) - I'm also noticing that then I drag or Ctrl-drag from the Master Track in an attempt to do a MIDI export, nothing happens either when a) I drop it on a Bitwig track, or b) I drop it on the Windows file system.

Are we supposed to be able to export via a drag from the Master Track? (or not)

P.S. When I go to the manual to search on "export" there is essentially no information about the process to be found. A description of the process/alternatives and what to expect here would be quite welcome.

Yea.. the thing is, be sure you hold control key down first.. You know you have it when you click to drag, a icon pops up.

another issue could be the font you use.. You have to start from the actual words "Master Track", so, if it's to small or something, it may not work.. my guess anyways..

I was dragging a popup from the chords themselves. IOW, from the wrong place entirely. Thanks much BluGenes!

RC 4.3 (WIndows 10) - I'm typically seeing a failure to do the operation when I try this:

after having dragged some 'Scaler-Chords-With-Markers.mid' into a phrase.

While I have seen it happen (the chord replacement on the MT) once or twice, I've seen it fail to happen probably 20 times. Something seems not quite right.

I don't have scaler, but, the process works for any vst.. what I mean is, I can test with ezkeys, etc..
so, before I can test properly, I need more info.. If it fails, it will fail with anything is my point..

This is stand alone RC?
Are you using scaler as a VST in RC?
