I had a similar thing happen.
Usually Arturia is pretty glitch free, but I ran into a few snags that probably would have been frustrating if I was new to this stuff.
It's all sorted now though, and it looks to be useful after giving it a quick spin.

Their system is a little flaky... I still have Rev PLATE-140 listed twice under "My Products" in ASC from the previous gift.

Tape MELLO-FI appeared in "Explore Products" for me rather than "My Products," so I clicked Install from there. And now it shows up in My Products with a Buy button. I bet that's what I did with REV-PLATE before too

Anyway, trying the "demo" I'm not in love with this one particularly, compared to other options. Still, a gift is a gift, and I might find some specific cases where it does exactly the right thing easier than RC-20 or Cassette or LO-FI-AF or others.

Just checked it now before turning off my PC, and it is there in my products tab. Activated and installed, so you might find it also there now

My initial reaction was I didn't need another wobbly tape emulator but this has something, between the wow, flutter and wear there's some kind of magic.

Hover with the mouse over Mello-Fi in ASC, click on "Product details", a sidebar on the right opens, click on "install".
