Pro MB for sure: active development, serial protection, no phase issues due to phase modes (can be used in parallel processing), flexible band splitting slopes, just to name some pros. Pro/Con: times in % (con) as it is input sensitive (pro).
Vengeance MB comp: dead product, only "new" thing is the DPC and I havn't use that at all, has lots of EDM "mastering" presets and it's good for making EDM stuff loud.
No, I can't see what the Vengeance one offers more in features. Pro MB has that all (+sidechain inputs, stereo link/split, ...), but better packed such that you're not overwhelmed with controls of all bands at all time.

It runs on my machine! Everything else is undefined behavior.

What Mirko said. I have both and prefer Pro-MB. Also, not sure if this matters to you, but be aware that Vengeance MB does require an eLicenser dongle.

The elicenser is going eventually.
I haven't demo'd the fabfilter tbh, I just asked here first tbh. Seems its got everything the VPS one has and more then.

Don't trust those with words of weakness, they are the most aggressive

Multi-band compression isn't rare, but the elegant combination of compression and expansion makes Pro-MB a powerful problem solver and there really is nothing else quite like it IMO.
