Does anyone know how/when Play4Life subscribers get their Lifetime Keys?

IIRC as long as an ultimate subscription is active you can change the key choices, but I wouldn’t swear to it.

Not sure if the key choices are definite or not, doesn't matter to me though, I'll just wait till the sub runs out (check out stuff, see what any new stuff will be like).

I just hope the Lifetime Keys will indeed keep working when that happens, as I ran into trouble earlier. I bought a Lifetime Key, for a few hours I cound't activate it cause Roland Cloud Manager failed to start no matter what I did, then all of a sudden RCM did boot so I registered and installed my new vst - BUT as I tried to use it, the vst asked me to (seemingly successfully) authenticate and then told me "your authorization is no longer active. Please [...] subscribe"

I only got it working by buying an Annual Sub.
So, I'm a little anxious.

I know you can have just the free acount type, purchase keys, and they work. I did that myself with XV-5080. Later on, after a year or so, I did buy into the Pro subscription.

Edit: Seems like Zenology Pro doesn't like other samplerate than 48khz when used in Cubase when you use more than 1 instance

I Just encountered a weird bug or problem with Zenology Pro and Cubase Elements 11.
If i add 3 Z Pro and save it as a song and reload that song the first one is in correct pitch and the 2 other tracks are out of tune so i can only use 1 instance of Z Pro in Cubase.

The legendary version of the JD-800 has disappeared from my library and cannot be authorized in Logic. The legendary tab shows that it is installed on my M1 Mac. I've logged out and logged in several times. I've closed and opened RCM several times. I've rebooted my Mac. What the heck is going on?

Did you recently upgrade to Monterey os?
Maybe they're going to need an update for the new os. Try uninstalling, then reinstall the Roland cloud manager.

I found this info that says many of the Legendary plugins, Zenology, and several others are "Under Testing" for Monterey. I'm not sure when this was last updated though:

Nice - but it didn't for me (until I got that subscription - which is ironic as I've run out of cannabis, so I prolly won't be making music the coming 11 months).

No. Still using Big Sur. I am waiting for RC support's response.

Just discovered another one that has uploaded a Video with the same problem that i found and this is with Logic on Mac and i am using Windows 10.

Any idea when this will be fixed Brian?

I wrote RC Support that the JD-800 doesn't show up in my library although under the legendary tab it is shown as "installed." And yet, a support rep asked me to email him a screenshot of my RC library window that shows the JD-800. This is a sad comedy.

On the library page, click at the top-right for Status and see if any of the choices there will (hopefully) make it show up.

I just tried that on my PC and it works Ok in Cakewalk w/Windows 10 (44.1k) when I reload the project with 4 tracks of Zenology (different preset on each). They are all still in tune.

Just a wild guess here as I'm not a Mac guy (so I'm probably way off):
I wonder if any of the applications they have running (I see a few in the dock at the bottom) might be affecting it somehow? Not sure if it's possible, but just thought I'd mention it.
