Why Crysonic support so bad?

From personal experience:

- Support not answer for any future improvements and bug reports. Although many authors are willing to make contact due to high competition and a desire to improve their product. For several years there has been no answer or greetings from them.

- Only the financial support is responding, but the license transfer becomes unresponsive. Almost 10 years have passed and they have not responded to my request to transfer the license.
