I was working on exactly this in the last few days, optimizing the display for retina screens.
Now it works quite well, very soon v4.3.1 will be available.

Attila, I hope you don't forget about full-screen mode on macs and how dialogs opens in that mode. I hope new version will be soon enough, before 1 Jan.

I'm just learning your application, really wanna get it. I need smth to compose chords in fast way. Harmony Navigator is cool but is not updated: a lot of bugs, unusable in my hands.

Also I noticed scrolling is not working in Chord Selector.

When I switch method window's size is changed. And sometimes it cuts some valuable info of. There is no scroller here (or it doesn't work) so I need to resize window to see hidden options. And it doesn't remember windows size when I switch methods.

yes, I am doing my best to release an update soon with fixes for the issues caused by the new UI engine.
I was not able to open Chord Selector over RapidComposer when RapidComposer is on full screen. Opening a window always seem to happen on a different desktop/screen.
The Chord Selector window is not properly resized and updated, this is being fixed.

the crashing bug that you reported has been fixed. Please re-download and re-install v4.3.1.

It becomes really cool on retinas and 4k monitors! Thank you! Some elements are still too small.

And also top right corner is strange. Sometimes it has too small buttons.

Found a bug. In Chord Generator > Generator tab > Note Offset. Offset is always up. Down offset goes up to.

I am going to fix these UI issues in the coming days. You are using an extreme big font size, the UI should work well with that but indeed some elements are too small.

Yes, I use 4k monitor with 28" size, it's too much pixels per inch so I made this scale factor in display settings.

Windows UI scaling should not have an effect on the RC UI. It is only the font size you select under Settings / User Interface that matters. This is how it looks on my Windows 10 with a big font size (with or without 200% Windows UI scaling):

I cannot see the same problems here, that are on your screenshots.
Please make sure you have set the following for the application (Properties / Compatibility / Change high DPI settings:

I tried lots of things, but at the moment I do not know how to reproduce the visual issues on your screenshots.
