I've sometimes regretted paying for software, mostly because I didn't demo it enough before reaching for the wallet.

However, FL Studio is one of those purchases that I've always had a "feel good" factor about. I've never regretted paying for it.

Another example is energyXT.

Both are well worth saving up for.

Well, I used to own it but because I didn't like it and didn't mind saying so, I was struck-off by the lovely, level-headed c**ts at ImageLine.

no, it means only a small part of the registered users have answered and they can not be used as a cross section for your statistics

I own 3 & 4. Don't hardly use them at all anymore, the interface never really worked for me. I still sometimes use it as an instrument in Sonar.

I started out with Mixman, then I got Acid very cheap. After discovering the VST world and trying all the demos, I liked FL the best. The only thing I wish it could do is 5.1 surround sound.
