I think that's pretty normal when your CPU doesn't suffice. Happens here too.

Even if you have almost double the score in average than the recommended score for the Virus C rom of 136 MIPS, there are crackles (I had about 200 to 210 MIPS in average). I really hope they can bring the CPU load down.

Im guessing this will be due to your system not being powerful enough, its a bit of a hungry beast hehe

We think we may have found some things that will gain us around 20% better efficiency and will be implemented in a future update

acutally with the no ui i find some programing stuff that i didn t know was possible with the real hardware.. so in a way it s more clear that way

You gotta be kidding me. Pretty much impossible to program the synth like that... especially when you're not familiar with the controls of it.

yes it s hard to program but i could find my way , it s cause the hardware as a lot of menu operation with very small screen so could be a pain , but yes for some stuff this ui is more clear to me but i m waiting for better ui for sure

i think you can use the demo of the virushc maybe its not limited in time i have no idea about the limitations

That one works better on my computer. Still have crackles, but, not as frequently as with the Virus B.

Did anyone find a Waldorf microQ rom? And, would it work with the emulator?

Its not supported yet, only the Virus B/C at the moment, we still have alot more code to add to support others

C take me 0.69% of cpu in reaper, not sure it report correct as i have maybe a 10 years old cpu and at 96Khz.

the hardware run at 96khz if i m right so i guess it may behave diffferently at 44.1 ( on filters and fm and saturation ,probably noticeable)

it sound like a cross between some reaktor ensemble and zebra but it has something else
