What would be a good choice? Thanks for suggestions ! :phones:
On paper this would work…

…it has four stereo ins and four stereo outs. I say on paper because I’ve never personally used or even seen one.
The Empress Zoia too maybe.

I think its actually two stereo ins and two stereo out, so 4in/4out. I dont have the pedal, though, Ive got the module which has more IO.

And a bloody impressive module it is, FWIW.

The Empress Zoia too maybe.
Two in, two out.

But then the Wavestate doesnt have 4 separate outs, does it?

Ah I stand corrected, either way it's a pretty impressive amount of I/O.

Absolutely. Lots of horsepower, too, those are the only pedals/modules Im aware of capable of doing convolution reverb.

No convo reverb in the Zoia so far, pretty sure. There are a few other eurorack modules that can do it though.

Since it seems it was unclear if you skipped the context, I wasnt talking about the Zoia there at all.

As for modules, the Mungo is out of production AFAIK, and the ECR had problems which Tasty Chips were somewhat suss about.
I imagine a Nebulae could do it, but it doesnt as stock, similar for the Bela, Errorsmith and others like that.

^^ Right, I wasn't sure you were not including the Zoia there. Which I do have. My bad

The Poly pedals are probably your best bet for a 4-channel modern effect unit.
For some reason, I thought the Mod Duo X was 4-channel but I was mistaken. Perhaps the Neural DSP Quad Cortex but that's quite expensive.
I had a Lexicon MX400 for a while, which I thought was decent. It has a plug-in editor, if you need that kind of thing. I plan on getting a PCM96 at some point. Maybe this year.

You might also consider an Octatrack. Though perhaps overkill, it's still absolutely essential in my studio. I use mine as a multi-channel effect unit when I'm not using it for sampling/looping.

Well, the 4 synth parts does not have separate audio outputs ...so , - having a multi effect does not help ,,, I guess only when other parts are muted & then you record a processed chosen channel at a time....may as well record that into the DAW & do whatever I want later on ... so in effect getting a Multi unit is not helpful anymore ..

Ah, okay. I misunderstood. I hadn't looked at the Wavestate closely. I guess that opens up your options. You might check out the Oto fx units (Bim, Bam, Boum) or maybe something like The Dreadbox Hypnosis.
It really depends on which types of effects you are looking for and what kinds of sounds you are using on the synth. I'm not really picky about outboard effects. Even a $20 pedal can be useful depending on the context. It just depends on what you are looking for.

Yeah, if you can look at multi-effects that don't need multi-channels then maybe consider the Zoom MultiStomp pedal that Nick Batt uses on Sonic State jams, they're about £100 and have decent chorus, reverb, delay effects.

That can be useful even if after you pick up some pricier effects and if you later want to sell it you won't take too much of a hit.

Right - Waldorf M has 4 x 6.3mm TRS jack stereo outputs - What would be the most usable multi-effect unit ( all in one ) that would complement the synth ?? ( Audio out via USB is not supported ) - ...really interested in this.. :phones:

You probably won’t like the answer, but a DAW linked to an audio interface with several inputs is IMO the best way to handle that many discrete inputs.
