This is currently becoming my goto delay. Not the lowest CPU in the delay VST folder but instantly gets me over halfway to the sound in my head.

Love this as a ballpark reference tool - but not with the default presets. I threw all of my favourite reference tracks into a folder, and now I use that folder as my 'Custom' curve. This confirmed for me that I was getting the tonal balance about right for my music.
Wish I didn't have to rely on these kinds of visual things, but oh well!

Interesting! How many tracks do you have in this folder?MogwaiBoy wrote: Sat Jan 08, 2022 12:03 amLove this as a ballpark reference tool - but not with the default presets. 21 at the moment. The more you add the less variance the curve gets. But I know if I'm hovering around the middle I've done OK.Pingafuego wrote: Sat Jan 08, 2022 1:42 amInteresting! If I find a song that makes me truly envy their production/mix/master, in comparison to my music, I'll get it and put it in the folder - otherwise it is honestly just called "Favs" and they are the best of the best for me (Massive Attack, Burial, that sort of thing).
