Troubles with Ableton and Mac Mini M1 Chip

Anyone else having any issues with running Ableton free of all glitches with a Mac Mini M1? Mine has 16GB of RAM. Sometimes after a mixdown, when I import the WAV file back into Ableton for mastering, I hear tiny hiccups or glitches in the sound. This is frustrating and strange because the CPU meter in Ableton never seems anywhere close to max usage.

Do you use any of Native Instruments software? I have glitches in some NI Kontakt libraries.
