How about macro controls automation? Or real part(event) automation (not only midi or synth parameters but insert plugins)? It seems easy to do.

Who says this isn't the case? No one ever complains about a free thing...

I have choices, and 2022 is the year that I start killing off choices and hunker down to increase my output and decrease distractions.

Resolutions, etc. :hihi:

"Notifications for Nothing" are annoying. Blocking me in return is a good way to avoid this.

New update has plenty of cool stuff, Listen bus probably best QoL feature with so many using room correction/headphone correction software these days

With midi drag & drop to chord track does this mean they've fixed the quirk where a midi over a certain size will open a whole new song instead of just dropping into the track ?

Any update where they don’t ruin Studio One with something moronic like a clip launcher is a good update.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

Yup, those are great! But especially the latter would work so much better if piano roll's key & scale lock would follow the chord track, so that the "drawn" chords change accordingly over time, not remain static. Hopefully in v5.6 / v6.

looks a solid update to me - gradually integrating more features, like in mastering, within a coherent design.

Don't need that, but I'd kill for Arranger Track shared clips :scared:

I'm really liking the mix scenes improvement with automation recall. Everything else not so much. I'll only update to 5.5 because it's free.
