Been trying to reach Andy at Cytomic at the support@cytomic.com since the 23rd of December. Wondering if he's ok or just too busy to sort out registration problems. Anyone have any contact with him recently? He normally responds in a day so after three emails and no response, I'm concerned for him.
Thanks

I stumbled over this post in the feedback thread in the sales forum: viewtopic.php?p=8310633#p8310633
So there seems to be some activity.

I can't lie to you about your chances, but... you have my sympathies.

Thanks for the update. 80% of the time when I find threads like this through google searches, there's no update.

Don't you hate it when that happens!briefcasemanx wrote: Sat Jan 15, 2022 8:31 pm Thanks for the update. 80% of the time when I find threads like this through google searches, there's no update.
Don't know how many times I've had a specific Windows or Adobe issue, and when I search for it, I find the perfect thread... someone else who had the exact same issue. And you get excited... this is it - woohooo! Then you read down the thread and... there's no solution... just the OP saying "thanks User12345 for all your help - I fixed the problem!" - and you're like.. HOW, HOW DID YOU FIX IT. Then you realize that thread was 5 years ago and they're all gone
