Tyrell has great sync sound IMO.

Sylenth1 can do that and is quite inexpensive.

Afaik Sylenth does not have osc sync to be able to do Hard Sync Leads?

I could only mention payware, to be honest. The best hard sync I heard so far was in Massive X.
I haven't tried the hard sync in TAL-Noisemaker yet though, which Echoes in the Attic mentioned.

Thanks Mario.. I read that Tyrell can do Soft Sync.. I am definitely gonna give Tyrell a Second Look!
