I have a hard time balancing all my channels together for my mix and again one thing came to mind, how couldn't there be some kind of EQ that can EQ different channels on another instance, since they can share information together. For instance in ProQ you can see what is coming out of other channels. This is great but I find that I need to go back and forth a lot to try to dip something and boost it slightly in the other. Is there an EQ that can also edit other instances of the same plugin ?

DDMF IIEQPro

does (quite exactly?) this, if i understand you correctly:
Multitrack editing: adjust several IIEQPro instances in just one user interface

Izotope Neutron can do that to a certain extent. It also has a function to show clashing frequency ranges. At least in version 1, don’t know the newer versions.

Don't mix like that. If you do that a lot you either have broken monitoring or broken sources
