No problems here. Cubase 11 on Win 10.
I deleted the 32bit version before copying the 'Viper' folder tho.

They work just fine... All TI Banks work fine, there are differences, as Viper's not a direct 1 to 1 clone, but alot can be done with simple adjustments to the effects etc..

Viper imports Virus banks in .mid format, you don't need an actual Virus.

There's a lot of free Virus banks here (you need to sign up), also you may buy some online

Assuming those Access banks were free and today there is no access to them - is it ok that someone re-upload them for us? Perhaps there's some good stuff inside.

If I am asking something stupid, like breaking some rules or royalties please correct me.

That video is made with and older version of Viper, and a lot has improved since, its much more accurate now

He purposely removed the ability to use the *.mid import of Virus banks in the demo though, so you can't actually ...demo... that feature.
