How much I love Reason, I have always felt their campaigns speak to lowest common denominator among potential consumers. This is no exception. I did not even know that music made in Live, Logic, FL or PT without the Reason Rack lacked personality. Did you? And I can get it "just" by "using" it. Thanks Odin for Reason 12+, the personality channeler. It is beyond an advanced AI, it is friggin YOU!

On the topic, IMO this might be an ESL thing. Had they said "wanna add some flavor to the music you make" you wouldn't be shocked or appalled kind sir. Unless they said "Head on into Flavor Town with the Reason Rack plug in" then you might be wondering if they hadn't been bought out by a certain celebrity chef? Had they said color, spice, flavor etc, it would be less likely taken as if your DAW was dull before.
