Yeah, the JPTRFX guy says he will replace them, but I have told him to wait on that until they
have listed it as lost following an official search. I really don't want him to have to foot the bill.

yeah, it's not the pedal guys fault

and it's never easy to get insurance claims through postal services, even when you pay for insured delivery

where you are as well, you are pretty much beholden to them

Yeah, at this point, I wont let anyone ship to me from over seas via the post office. A major courier
or nothing. The problem is that many smaller companies can't afford an appropriate business class
account with a major courier, so they use the post office. Uli from Rodenberg Amps told me that,
he is fortunate enough to be able to have one. Still, initially they wanted $200 from him to ship me that $70 pedal.

He was able to get it down to $30 via FedEx though. He actually lost $8 on that, as he charges a
$22 flat rate for shipping. He was quite happy about it anyway as it didn't cost him the $200.
He still won't let me pay the difference, even if I order another one. Super nice guy...
