Of course they f**king did, it's in the title of the thread.
Don't get cutsie, no one is fooled by you anymore you're a troublemaker.

The title is 'Single DAW feature that made your jaw drop?'. If he wanted to know things that didn't give you warm fuzzy 'magical experiences'... well that would be just about everything life has to offer based on your sour posts.

Don't think they had "DAW"s then did they? However its certainly on topic if a slightly different medium for older producers, and the only experience I had where I was genuinely floored. Also, I noted the difference it was analog, you unsurprisingly did not.

Also a typically positive energy reply... unlike yours and bones which typically isn't.

this isn't DAW specific, per se, but multitrack editing in Melodyne via ARA2 in Cakewalk was pretty jawdropping for me.

Cakewalk by BandLab, Komplete 13, Maschine 2 (MKI & Jam), Fathom Synth, Guitars, Jam Origin MIDI Guitar, EXH Superego+ etc

No idea, you didn't specify a date, could have been last week for all I know. Either way, it's irrelevant to the thread title, which you seemed very keen to point out.

Converting audio to midi in Logic is pretty cool and useful

And the first time using melodyne in sonar/cakewalk, making a harmonized choir from a single audio vocal track, was jaw-dropping.
