Where can I get free video clips

I am looking for free video clips or to use as a background for my music.
Something I can put in on my youtube chanal without having to worry someone comes and wants money.

To be honest, I even would pay for them a small amount.
Something like this, but .....well .....well known and legal.

You just have to double check that the files are Public Domain or Creative Commons. There are various levels of each.
