Kontakt script lookahead?

Hey everyone,

I was curious if it's possible for kontakt scripts to anticipate incoming notes from the DAW so that it can nudge them early by a number of milliseconds?

That would be lookbehind and no that's not possible. Delaying the input (adding latency) then retiming notes is possible though, this is exactly what Tokyo Scoring Strings is doing.
