It does seem to be a real issue that affects a number of people, however it's not a universal problem for everyone with Ryzen CPUs.
Personally I haven't had any issues with my Ryzen 3800X and RTX 3060 TI with games or DAWs/audio.

Take a single oscillator, producing a drone. Send it to the wave shaper, altering the tone.

Me neither, but I disabled fTPM anyway...
