If you connect an iPad as a second monitor can you display the Cubase loudness meter alone on the iPad??? Any problems with setting that up?

IIRC, iPad with an external montor can only mirror the iPad screen.

If you mean using an iPad as a second monitor for a Mac, you should be able to display the meter if you can open it in its own window. You might also want to look into the paid version of the YouLean iPad app, which can do something similar over a local network. https://youlean.co/youlean-loudness-meter-lite/
