Believe you can and you’re already halfway there

They are so different, almost too different to compare directly without knowing what you want out of a reverb.

The Zynaptic is way more... tonal (pitchshifting, chords, etc) and spacey ambient - while Seventh Heaven is classic versatile hardware emu of rooms, plates, etc.

Experimental vs traditional.

Several alternatives to Seventh Heaven but only one Adaptiverb.

Seventh Heaven is a conventional reverb with its own unique sonic character. Unique, meaning, there aren't other software reverbs that sound like it. But, it is conventional in that it is a typical reverb in all other ways. Adaptiverb is also unique but it is not a conventional reverb. AV uses a resynthesis techniqe and pathflow that imparts the spectral character of the source on the reverb. Even though AV is unique it is not as versatile as a conventional reverb. It comes down to personal needs and choice between these two. They are both excelent top class reverbs.

No way! The GUI is ugly, it aliases, cramps and uses iLok.
