I'm really liking where Ghost is heading, curious what kind of timeline you're looking at.
lots of cool features in the osc section, I feel the fx could be sweetened up a bit

with more filters and if aliasing can be removed (higher over sampling perhaps?) this synth is incredibly promising
Check out my website for synth/software articles reviews and presets http://databroth.com (new review every monday)

I also do experimental sound design and demos of plugins (no talking) on my youtube: https://www.youtube.com/databroth

I sent message but no response.
Oops, sorry mate. This thread was inactive for about a month so I stopped checking. I'll be sure to check this daily again. Yes, the fastest way to contact me is using the contact form on my website https://exacoustics.com/contact

I’m very impressed with this synth, I think you could have a real winner on your hands as you let it mature and iron out it’s alpha and beta quirks.
The post above this is likely bait, viewer discretion is advised.

Will there be routing of audio path for 6 oscillators?

I'm not sure what you mean, could you please explain?
Any given oscillator can FM up to 5 other oscillators, as well as have FM feedback. In other words, you can completely fill the FM grid, or have any map you like. There will also be an option for direct out on each individual oscillator in the next update. Hopefully that answers your question :)

Example of routing:

Oscillator 1 goes to filter 1. Oscillator 2 goes to filter 2. Oscillator 3 goes directly to FX (or FX bus 1).

That sort of thing will be essential with 6 oscillators. Otherwise, there's not much point in 6! :)

"FX rack with distortions, filters, reverbs, choruses and compressors, and you can have multiple of the same rack items."

Love this. Definitely looking forward to progress with this synth.

Yes, a patch like the one you describe will totally be possible in the next update. Each oscillator has its own filter & distortion which can be controlled separately and turned on/off. There is also an option to send that oscillator the FX rack or directly out.

I see a new beta update is released. Exacoustics, you should stay on to of this thread. KVR is one of the best places to promote your new synth. :)

Just being curious, I installed Ghost Beta 0.20 on my iMac, OS 10.14.6 Mojave, which is my audio rig.

I got instant poof crashes as soon as I tried to open a factory preset, both with the standalone Ghost and with the VST3 in Live 11.1. I guess Ghost lived up to its name… ;-)

If Ghost needs a later Mac OS, I think it would be a good idea to publish the system requirements.
If it were easy, anybody could do it!

A man has to sleep! :D Honestly I'm not really looking to promote this at the moment because it's not ready for mass marketing. It's better that this is kept low key for now among people looking to try the next cool thing.

GHOST v0.1.7 works pretty fine on my old MacBook Pro from 2013 running on High Sierra.
Sorry that you're experiencing crashes using v0.2.0, I'm getting the same problem now using Mac Monterey.
In future if you want to report a bug, could you please send the report over email?

I’ve been running it for a while. There’s definitely some audio glitches and pops on my end, for what its worth. Thats the main issue for me. Everything else so far has been decent.
