I found a lot of manuals here too:
https://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/6555 ... l?download (use search function)
The captcha sucks though (for me, I have to fill it in 5 times or so before it works).

Already have bought their latest plugins, so this is a very very very nice extra :tu:

I did collect all pdf together (what could find) and upload here:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/dbkt6cr1 ... 9.zip/file

Folder shot:

the installer does not work under mac os mojave
aborts (because it's not signed...)
extracting with suspiciousimage does not work with this new installers (did work with the old ones but led to non-validated AUs)

i only posted the reg codes they shared on twitter. no idea why you're quoting me. i didn't say anything about installers. was only adding the reg codes as an FYI for people who needed them. if you read the blog post they made there's more details about all these free legacy plug ins. there's no promises that any of it will work for anyone.

here's a link to the blog post.

What a haul of interesting freebies. Thanks Audio Damage. Good of you to compile the manuals also c_voltage!

One thing I’ve noticed about audio damage is that their older versions of their plugins can often have a different sound, different enough to be worth keeping both versions

I wondered that too, guessing it's because it has an algo coded by Sean from Valhalla, licensing etc.
Maybe not to cannibalize version 2 sales.

I haven't tried with these AD legacy plugins, but you can typically work around unsigned installer issues by using Pacifist to extract the plugins. Once they are in the appropriate Plug-Ins folder, you can run the following command (from Terminal):

Code: Select all

xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine {path to plugin}
Where {path to plugin} is the path name to the plugin and not a literal part of the command. I usually cd to the actual vst and then use . instead.

Keep in mind that this does (theoretically) diminish your system security to some infinitesimal degree, so if that is a concern at all, I would advise against it.

Great set of plugins. I've been having a lot of fun with Axon, BitSeq2 and Filterstation. Many thanks to Audoi Damage. :tu:

Despite being too old for me to use, the discontinued plug-ins being offered for free just makes sense and is very generous of the Audio Damage team. I've purchased a few of their most recent plug-ins over the last year and I absolutely love their Other Desert Cities granular reverb/delay effect!! I wish them continued success and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. :tu:

But they included the original Replicant, Filterstation, Discord 3 and earlier etc... ?

Great news!
