I don't even know if it's a bass.

She sub seems like a low passed saw wave(s) to me. As for the rhytmic pluck bass, the way I'd go on about making something like this is with an FM synth. Mess around with a couple of operators to get a beefy funamental tone, then use a low pass filter with a snappy envelope to sculpt the shape. Distort / saturate / eq afterwards.
