Ableton Support Nonresponsive

I recently sold my Ableton Live 11 Suite license here on KVR and went through the Ableton transfer process. It's now been three days and not only have I not heard from Ableton in regards to the transfer being completed, but they have ignored my support requests asking for an update as well.

Has anyone else had these issues recently? When I bought Live 11 Suite from a KVR user, the transfer went through in hours, not days. The buyer is getting understandably nervous.

Any ideas for getting a hold of Ableton?

I have done two transfers recently. They took about five days each, so this is not unusual.

Thank you @ralfrobert, that at least puts my mind at ease a bit. I guess I was spoiled by how quickly things were transferred to me.

It differs, and there seem to be licenses that transfer without support interaction, ie without any delay. Strange, but true.

If it has been 3 days... don't worry. They always did it in the end.
