I bought “Blue Sunshine” by The Glove (AKA Robert Smith and Budgie) on tape when it came out and didn’t listen to it much, but in retrospect it’s a decent album so I’m wondering if the recording on the tape was screwy or maybe I’ve readjusted my expectations. The most interesting track may be A Blues In Drag as it has the slow tempo strings and ultra repeated piano sound that found its way onto Disintegration.

Noticed there’s also been a demos release with all Smith vox, but interesting as it is I much prefer the original female vocals on these songs
