How to give a website link a custom name to click?

What's up Youtube, it's your boi Namestar123. Does anyone know how I could name a website link, simply my feedback page, such as ''Click here to see Feedbacks''. Where you click to this title, and it directs you to a specific link? Cheers!

You mean here in the forum?

Try this: [ url=www.your-websites-name-here.com]Click this[/url]

Just remove the whitespace before the first "url" tag.
