Like others said, serious stuff is around us all day long. It is the stupid/funny stuff here that is exactly what I need sometimes. Love it.

KVR needs a "Stupid Threads" forum where stupid threads get moved to. That way, when we come here from some side-splitting goodness, we know exactly where to go.

The rest of the site (80%, maybe 90%, of the threads) would be in their normal places for serious internet bizniz.

I see a lot of complaints lately about the sudden explosion in these mock threads and I gotta say that they're starting to wear on me, too. The flip side, though, is that I don't recall seeing most of the complainers making any/many contributions to the serious threads. If you want change, BE the change.
