I did a lot of research around this 20 years ago and it is true that understanding movement and intention through sound is pretty fundamental eg - sitting around the campfire at night, is that the sound of something walking inthe bushes or the sound of a predator creeping up. Think of how the footfall differs and how that indicates intention - that gets transmitted in sound.

You can clearly see that it was written by marketing guy who knows absolutely nothing about audio. And their research can be done in 5 minutes with google.
I'm not watching tv so I barely see any adverts but this one is the stupidest I saw in years.

I just tried it out. The ambient noises are blaring permanently without any key being pressed. You can only shut them down by ther volume knob. But they're not routed through the VCA. I don't like that.

Yeah, it would make more sense to mix noises and synth sounds independently… And I have enough noises of my own…
I guess one can safely delete it and miss nothing…
