They just sent me a fourth email with the same message. What is going on?

I also used play 4 live 2021 for 2 free instruments. I canceled the subscription to renew it again, but I wasn't able to make a new subscription.
I contacted support and he told me that i have to cancel the cancelation of subscription to receive two new vst for 2022.
So i have canceled the cancelation of my subscription, but now I can't also see two new instruments and i also can't answer to the eamails end of last year. I am very f**ked up with roland

FWIW I joined the Play 4 Life for 2021/2 and didn’t see 2 extra lifetime key choices, raised it with Roland Cloud support who said they’d be available for me to choose at the end of this subscription year. I have their email saved in case so suggest others do the same if they’re concerned.

Are you safe?

I didn't receive any emails from them in the past couple of weeks.
Are you sure those are legit emails?

Hmm, I've always been able to select the lifetime instruments from day 1 of the sub - no need to wait around "until the end of the sub period". I'd assume people are paying monthly when they're told this? (To prevent them claiming their instruments without paying for a full year). I always paid for the year up front..

That said, there've been periods were the system was broken (lifetime licenses either not showing, or unable to be changed). Sure enough, as promised, things eventually sorted themselves out, but you're reliant on support any time the system appears to have problems.

It should Be in your Account on Rolandcloud.com
If you can't see it there you have to Contact support to get them to add it for you like i had to do with a few of them in the Past.

in my account it's shifted around a bit several times. i was able to select the first two immediately i think as i paid annually about the time of the first play4life promotion. then i got another two, which disappeared and then reappeared at the point the sub rolled over. i think i'm supposed to get another two for the current year but it's roland cloud so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

thx ahhh now i see them, seems kinda bugged still.
i got these 2 from the past
D-50
SRX KEYBOARDS

which ones can you recommend too?
i can remember that i chose SRX Keyboards cause it has more sounds etc. and can load the other banks as well? i wanted to take jv 1080 normally and xv 5080, but i dont get the system really cause i wanted all classics first of the synths but they divided them in seperate plugins, i dont use my lifetime keys for each jv1080 module-....

That is what i did too.
The Srx gives you more sounds compared to the standard jv, xv.

The System 8 is Great with all the different filter types and gives you a Jupiter 8 with sub oscillator when using the jupiter filter mode.

So if you want the jupiter 8 the System 8 is the better option since it gives you that and more in one.

Yes. I have Srx Dance Trax and you can add the jv 1080 and xv 5080 banks to it if you know how to do it.

The JD 800 is Great and i forgot to mention that one since i have the Zenology Version.

There was a limit of 10 lifetime license from play4life offering but you can still buy more lifetime keys after that.

So i guess that limit is the max for Play4life license.
