Excellent choice :tu:
Oddy has an awesome rich sound and it's fun to play. Do you enjoy filters? :)

If I were looking to buy a pre-assembled micro ornament and crime is After Later the cheapest option?
Seems to be £199 on Juno. The Hemispheres software looks really useful, lots of clocks, quantizers and a Turing machine, was between that and a Disting, but many more ins and outs though I do like the look of the Disting’s fx. Will probably end up with both.

If you'ld like a cleaner more generic appearance, in black or aluminum, @$199.00 US

Looks nice, but prefer not to do international shipping at the best of times and right now it’s pretty much a non starter. It’s taking up to a week just to bring stuff from Europe. That was just covid plus post-Brexit bs and now there’s a war too.
Will have a look and see if anywhere here carries them. Cheers.

So many things on Reverb are in the US and shipping to here just about doubles their cost. It’s a damned shame.

 Gorgeous beasts these are, plus added onboard fx and sequencer with pattern recall. Have you done the chameleon bass yet? I still haven’t tried it on the 2600, but the Behringer 2600 should be capable of pulling it off.
So far the ring mod has given me the most joy.
There is no manual, just a quick start guide...
However, everything is straight forward on the Odyssey except the sequencer, but it's the same one as on the Crave and I found a video on that. I am currently wondering if I can use it to send cv to Eowave and have a full Jam
My fist "classic" synth
I want one of these, so I better hurry up and buy an Arturia Keystep to help get over the temptation
The sliders have just the right amount of resistance- you really should just get one.
The FM with ADSR is wonderful, FM with ADSR+Ring Mod = :hyper:

Is there something like this

that does multiple retriggerable AR style envelopes in not many HP?
Thinking I have four noise sources in my 150 module so it wouldn’t take much more to have a basic four channel drum machine set up.

Edit: Ah found this, could be the very thing

I’m curious if the resistance is different from the 2600. To me it’s perfect on the 2600.

The ring mod along with the preamp on the 2600 is Star Wars heaven in addition to sound design loveliness.

I tried pulling off voice input ring mod on Strega (recorded into Morphagene) but I think I have to use the 2600’s preamp.

Not exactly what you asked for, but a potential candidate for some of the function you are pursuing.

I ended up ordering a couple of the 4HP AR dual envelope modules, a Behringer Four play quad VCA/mixer instead of the Dopfer (as that was linear only so no use for snappy envelopes) and I’m getting that After Later Micro ornament and crime. I think that means I’ve filled the rack!

i remember saying the same thing...

…well this rack at least. If I do need to strip any modules out the Behringer 960 sequencer and 962 sequential switch are the prime candidates, would free up 64HP of width!

Meanwhile Behringer have launched another of those $99 Volca sized synths, an all analog 4 voice Jupiter clone called the Saturn.

3 new modules arrived today, Behringer 2600-VCO's also purchased the Behringer Brains and Four Play along with the Ultimate Kick Drum module "Jomox Mbase 09 MKII"

Nice. What filters are you going to be using with the 2600 modules and are you planning to make a triad poly voice with them or keeping them separate?
