I'm actually online now doing some shopping, I'm looking for a module that'll give me chords for use with the 2600 modules. I have the Brains module that does chords but love the sound of the 2600's
Next purchase is the Acid Rain Technology Chainsaw along with the Maestro

Nice. Filters?

Good plan. Maestro will set you free. :tu:
I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

Meanwhile Behringer have launched another of those $99 Volca sized synths, an all analog 4 voice Jupiter clone called the Saturn.

This One is Only 3 Voice the Prophet VS and the JP 4000 is 4 Voices.
They are also Going to make a Full Version of the Jupiter Saturn Version when the Chip Shortages goes Back to Normal :)

Ah, three voices is a bit more limiting. I'm guessing there's no polychain option because it'd be awesome if they had that.

I don't think it has polychain but you could always use keyboard Split so you get 3 voices on the lower keys and 3 on the higher keys.

I think i will get 2 of the JP 4000 instead and use them that way while i wait for the big saturn.
1 programable oscillator JP 8 with 3 voices is too limited for me Even at that price.

But i might get surprised and they have added a trick to program all 3 but by the looks of it there is only 1.

Wow! A ribbon mic in a hammond pedal enclosure! That looks really slick.
I seem to remember muffwiggler Mike (rip) being a big fan of Swart amps.
I have a Royer R-101 and a sE VR1 and I really love them. Especially for micing guitar cabs. An e906 or SM57 and a ribbon make a great combo.
Just be very careful about SPLs, I had a curious vocalist blow into my R-101 which damaged the ribbon requiring a replacement. Luckily they make it easy to replace the ribbon.
I've heard others say that putting a ribbon too close to the sound hole on a kickdrum can do the same. I've never had any issues with really load guitar amps, though.

Thanks, this one kind of triggered my spidey sense for the guitar rig I want to have. I like his amps and am considering one actually. :tu:

Just put a pre-order in for the mini practice amp.

This is the perfect size for what I want and they’ve added an internal battery. It’s not going to be the greatest sound, but it’s gonna be easier to use. I’ll sell the full size Spark when the mini arrives.

was thinking about a guitar stand, but looking at how the prices are going, might just leave it...
