SKnote R200 - cool, unusual guitar amp sim

Congratulations to SKnote for putting out an amp sim that's different and interesting: the R200. I couldn't find any mention of it so I thought I would remedy that. It's not your standard amp, so it's unlikely to get a lot of attention, but I think it deserves at least some.

And congrats as well for coming up with a copy protection that is also different. I've never read instructions with a twist ending before. Totally didn't see that coming - so much so that I didn't read that far this first time because I never imagined anything like that.
