I'm really liking Logic's API 560 along with the Lindell 50 strip's version of API e.q.ing. On the simple side, the Abbey Road TG12345 is really tops, too. I'm just having so much fun using many, many different kinds of e.q.s and strips, mostly analog emulations, though I think I finally cracked u-he's q, which is rather unique in the mid section - or at least unique to what I've been using.

Agree, its functions are 10/10 mastering bless.
Not really analog though. (like the topic asked)

Getting a lot of use out of the EQ in Korneff Audio AIP at the mo. The way everything interacts like the THD of the VCA comp and the EQ reminds of using an outboard desk. Getting a similar solidity too
Korneff stuff is not to be overlooked. Using the PawnShop comp a lot too, but not for the compressor, and mostly the other page with the transformer emu, and the Baxandall-ish tone EQ etc

KIT's BB N105 channel strip is getting used around here quite a bit these days. Superb sound.

PSP MasterQ2 is quite nice..really dig the LP and HP! ..among other things..
No RTA tho, which is wierd... it has the display for it.
BUT sound is top notch!

I avoid analog style plugins on my master bus. I prefer cold digital control at that point (saturation distortion happening elsewhere). Slick EQ M is locked in.
If I did use one, it'd probably be Blyss, which I didn't (yet?) bother to buy.
