Too bad if they go away because I really like Rhythmiq, Regroover and Beathformer. The trials and tribulations of audio sofware...

This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

With you on this. I also rec'd all my serial numbers this morning. The weird thing: the reception of serial numbers alerted me to load Rhythmiq and it went eternal load of the library upon opening causing Studio One to freeze. I got out of Bitwig without having to resort to Task Manager, but it froze while loading the library there as well. All of this made me wonder if there was a connection.plexuss wrote: Fri Mar 04, 2022 2:05 am Too bad if they go away because I really like Rhythmiq, Regroover and Beathformer. No issues with Regroover or Beatformer.
If anyone has a way out of the freeze while loading library issue, please let me know.
I hope they don't go belly up.
Thanks much!

I just got a reply from Accusonus support;
"Thanks for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience.
We are currently undergoing a system maintenance. As we are also updating our databases, we opted to send a reminder email for safekeeping to our users, containing their product keys so they can easily access their products."

"It" being ? They have more than one product. I just checked my Pluginboutique account and don't see anything from Accusonus.
There must have been some reason I signed up for an account there but I can't for the life of me remember why.

Regroover essential, because i had forgotten about that plugin (transition to new system), and that is the license i received, maybe?Teksonik wrote: Fri Mar 04, 2022 12:09 pm"It" being ? They have more than one product. I just checked my Pluginboutique account and don't see anything from Accusonus.

I got Rhythmiq working; I reinstalled it. Thankfully, I had an installer archived.
Which begs the question (since things seem odd at Accusonus for the moment): what are the current revisions for their products? I'm not entirely sure that I've got the last updates on ReGroover Pro (1.7.7), Rhythmiq (1.04), or Beatformer (1.2.16).
Does anyone know this?

I'm running Regroover Pro v1.7.84, Rhythmiq 1.0.7, and the same version of Beatformer (.exe's dated Oct or Dec 2019).dlandis wrote: Fri Mar 04, 2022 7:04 pm I got Rhythmiq working; I reinstalled it. Thankfully, I had an installer archived.

Looking at the version numbers, these are just minor updates/bugfixes. But if they do go belly up, PM me if you want them.

They're back up with an FAQ. They aren't going to be selling products any longer as of next year and they won't be selling new subscriptions. Not that I give two shits about subscriptions.

"What happens to my Beat Making and Drum Mixing products?"
"You will be able to continue using your accusonus Drum Mixing (Beatformer, Drumatom2) and Beat Making products (Regroover, Rhythmiq) as before.
Please use the relevant product keys provided via email after purchase to activate your plug-ins when prompted. You can download the product installers here.
Furthermore, we will continue offering support to customers but there won’t be any further development to those products, such as updates to support newer OS versions or Audio/Video editor versions."
Other products are similarly ending development."
