none of these work the way i want.
prefer 10+ sends with different fx, automated and recorded. yes, alot of work but its worth the effort.
all multifx i know sound kindof cheap and the timing is meeeeh

miRack supports 16ch + over 700 modules + you can automate + control almost anything |lfo cc osc sequencers| + there are modules to record audio

The ultimate is Melda’s MXXX. You can get MXXX Core for free, I believe, which just includes his free effects, but as you buy his effects, they become useable in MXXX, and they’re always on sale. I waited for a Black Friday deal and I think I got the full deal for $350 and it’s amazing. A modular effects powerhouse.

Also good is Reaktor’s Molekular. Very fun for out-there effect chains.

Kind of a crappy UI (come on PSP, it’s time to update your UIs) but great sounding is PSP’s NO2.

Don’t forget that Guitar Rig’s weakest point is it’s guitar amp emulations, and it is also a modular effects processor. Highly recommended. You can use Amplitube too, but it’s not nearly as user friendly, especially if you’re looking to do a stereo signal.

Yeah Melda are doing cool stuff. Not a big fan of their UIs though - but they are serviceable and do their job. MXXX always looked so damn daunting though. Like a mountain that just gets larger the closer you get to it

Not too long ago, I noticed some hype about Waves' Retro Fi. It was being touted as the RC 20 killer as it contained reverb, vinyl and cassette tones, reverbs, textures and devices. They're both popular for signal degradation in creative ways.
