Congratulations to all! I think we all hated the synth in the first week of last month but still most of us managed to create some great music with it. And this is not an add for the synth at all. I think only the contributors deserve the credits for making this crazy, odd and ugly thing look/sound good. I was totally blown away by the big sound Jasinski created. And Taron of course who went for the mission impossible this time. Further I was charmed by dr Bob's brave piano sound which was also equally an impossible mission if you'd ask me. His musicality kind of vanished its uglyness and turned it into something almost beautiful. I would love to hear that piece recreated with a better synth. I heard a lot of great stuff, I am not going to name them all.
All in all it surprised me to realize that an ugly synth brought us to more interesting results than when we're free to pick out a synth of our choice which was the case in January. Was it the challenge? Was it the fact that the ugly synth gave us the opportunity to dig deeper into our musical imagination? I mean... Good synths are easier and quicker to get to a nice result. This challenge really brought me something in this aspect. I'll dig deeper into better synths from now on and I'll try to consider them more as a big challenge.
Anyway... Thanks all for you kind comments on my piece and the votes it got. Cheerio!

Sorry for ignorance but what it means dq?
Congratulations to all musicians involved in this amazing competition. A lot of talented artists, noise-maker and synthesis master from which i can only learn.
Now it's time for a new experimental song!

This either means that this artist has not voted or hasn't followed the rules. The latter I have never witnessed, I think.

Oh yes, I have not put ANY EQ on this anywhere ... so this is a very very basic mix ... and even left the original OrilRiver reverb in with the same settings!!!
Enjoy

Probably the problem is that i did not vote because i have less than 40 posts published (if i remember well) and so i did not have the chance to vote.

Hey there,
thanks so much for your votes and especially for the kind comments on SC which is always a highlight for me!
Congratulations to the well deserved winner Jasinski, his tracks are a wonderful lesson for music production in general. Well done top 5! But there also are several gems further down the list.
The next round I have to skip, there just isn't enough time atm
but I'm gonna catch up soon, perhaps with another nasty piece of software, who knows
GL and have fun everybody!
Edit: no prize for me this time, thanks!

I would like to receive the Bundle of Synthmaster One + Synthmaster 2.x Last month it took me almost a day to make up my mind whether to choose for Diversion or for this one. Great that I've gotten the opportunity to get this one as well that quickly. Diversion was a great choice. I am sure this one will be likewise. Thanks all and have a wonderful day!
