For sure I didn’t visit their office.
So, that message is displayed when you try to reach them ONLINE.
And being displayed on their website it belongs to their online System.

I had that issue, you need to do a deep scan by going to Preferences > Plugins, click Rescan by holding Alt.

Maybe they have refused! So that it is down!

a friend told me that they had a note on the website that it will be down before it actually was down. so the downtime seems to be scheduled...due to maintenance, updates, whatever...

Ableton Live trial users are currently unable to save their work

Unlocks for new installations of Ableton Live are temporarily unavailable

Some users may not be able to install new Packs

Auto-updates for Ableton Live are temporarily unavailable

Logging into the Ableton forum is temporarily not possible
