Hi everyone.

I'm trying to figure out how to load up an MPE synth and have the MPE 'word' show up in Live by the synth name.

for example, SERUM does load up with the MPE next to the name, but Plasmonic does not. I do have plasmonic set up as MPE. This affects the playability of the synth in MPE mode.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

load the vst into a track, then right click on the device, and select enable mpe,

Thankyou! I just switched to a mac and am not used to having to click option to get what I'm used to getting on a right click on windows

Control-click on a Mac is similar to right-click on a Windows computer.

You can enable right click, its in the settings somewhere,as I too recently went from pc to Mac. Takes some getting used to

Don't forget to click 'Save as Default Configuration'

in Live 11 some MPE synths don't show up as MPE... example is plasmonic among others
