Has anyone else experienced this? Checking stuff into the shopping cart is fine, but when I try to go to the Checkout in FireFox or Mozilla, I get an error page that says "Page called without required customer ID".
I eventually had to fire up Internet Explorer ( ) before placing my order.
Of course, now I'm happy that I've finally ordered SS2 upgrade (and decided to treat myself to Pukka Masalah as well), but that's a different story

I wish I could provide you with some insight as to your problem, but i use Mozilla Firefoz and have never had any trouble with esoundz whatsoever.

I've used Mozilla (and then FireFox) as my browser of choice since it about version 0.6, and Netscape before that. I've not has any problems with anyincarnation of esoundz.

It's probably a cookie problem, although it shouldn't be as I use the default settings and I've yet to have any problems ordering online anywere else. Odd, but I'll look into it further (and the eSoundz guys are looking into it too). I certainly haven't disabled full cookie handling (at least, not that I can see).
At least now I know it is just me
