I was just wondering: what is this? I mean as opposed to the "regular" V Collection 8? I checked my account and I have an offer for this, but I already own V Collection 8 (and Pigments 3 and SQ80), so I'm guessing that it was a mistake to give me this offer because I already own it. Right?

Has anyone had something similar happen to them? Any ideas?

If you already have a V Collection 8, you should definitely not see this offer in your account.
Can you send me by private message the email address you are using for your Arturia account so we can investigate it?

Hi Kevin,

I did "pm" you my email address. I also went back to my account and noticed that the upgrade offer seems attached to my V Collection 7 registration. V Collection 8 does show up in my account, so it's not a question of it disappearing. It was just a bit confusing to get a special offer for something I already own.

Did you figure out anything on your end?
