Yeah even with not keeping up the tech it is still pretty darn efficient and fast at loading really big libraries, and being able to load stuff in the background while the GUI is displayed is also a workflow boost.
Gorilla Engine is also well optimized for these cases (as Virharmonic guys have found out when they moved Bohemian Violin from UVI to GE).

This is what I'm getting when I try to place the updated Falcon on an instrument track in Nuendo 11 on Windows 10:
It does start in stand-alone mode.
It was working yesterday, with the previous version.

Are you part of the beta team for that fantastic library - can't wait to check out this new version when it's released (it's amazing but I have to really want to use it in a project to justify the 5-ish minute load time it'll add)EvilDragon wrote: Wed Mar 30, 2022 8:23 am Gorilla Engine is also well optimized for these cases (as Virharmonic guys have found out when they moved Bohemian Violin from UVI to GE).

Hmmm tried it.. Cubase 12, Mac 11.6.4 Intel....
It replaced vst2 in my vst list (yes!)
but creating first instance and then randomly after that, it is emits a test tone like sound mostly on my right speaker.

Excellent, thanks. As a Cubase user that's another plugin off my VST2 only list.

VST3 crash might be an issue related to older REX DLL used in some DAW like Cubase 11. We are working on a quick fix.

I assume this is not the same as my vst3 noise bursts? (mine was in Cubase 12 not 11 for instance).otristan wrote: Wed Mar 30, 2022 12:28 pm VST3 crash might be an issue related to older REX DLL used in some DAW like Cubase 11. We are working on a quick fix.

Indeed. We haven't check the noise yet. Stay tuned.zvenx wrote: Wed Mar 30, 2022 12:58 pmI assume this is not the same as my vst3 noise bursts? I noticed that if you install the VST3 version together with the VST 2 version (Cubase 12, Windows 11), the VST2 version is no longer displayed. Are projects created with the VST2 version then transfered to the VST3 version instead?
