In all honesty, I’m open to ideas there. In other words, haven’t a clue.
I mean, I have over the years experimented with just about every “image to audio” software I could get my hands on. Doesn’t mean I would have any luck making this kind of thing, I suspect.
Still, if nothing comes up, that might be the only way...

Since you say you've got access to MAX, maybe your best bet is having a dig through C74 'Projects' page (https://cycling74.com/projects/page/1) and looking for anything where the project code is available?

There used to be a bit of movement analysis to music done with Kinects eg Reactive Video, if you search around in that space you might find something.
