Please uninstall and download Falcon back.
VST3 and Window crash issue should be now fixed.

Sorry about that.

HI Olivier, I know you didn't mention the beeping I was getting yesterday from the vst3 version but to tell you know, I did just now uninstall and reinstall just now as per your other fixes and the beeping is gone.
Thanks

Fabulous. It's working now in Nuendo 11/Windows 10.

Kudos to UVI for keeping the plugin ID the same for vst2 and vst3 versions :tu:

Indeed, although I suspect, because the name was simply Falcon on mac but Falcon VST64 (or something like that) as a vst 2 and Falcon as vst 3 in Cubendo on PC....
On Mac, it easily automatically substituted Falcon vst2 to vst3 in my templates... on PC I had to manually exchange them.

------------
- Add VST3 version
- Fix REX support on ARM
- Fix possible stuck note related to pedal handling in some sequencing script
- Some ARM based optimization
- Fix possible crash related to UI
- Fix song position trigger mode in Parametric LFO
- Other minor fixes
Nice, REX support fixes are much appreciated, REX crashes about half the applications on M1 at this point, to be fair the updated SDK is only a few months old.

I just opened a Cubase project with several Falcon instances, it simply loaded the vst3 versions, replacing the vst2. I'm on Windows.

Interesting......I didn't try it on an actual project, just in my template (well my vst plugin manager).

I think the auto replace is better supported in Cubase than in S1 which seems to require the same plugin name which shouldn't be a requirement.

Yeah i noticed that it still showed the vst2 version in the plugin manager (old name was greyed out), so i changed that afterwards.

But it replaced all the instances, Falcon_vstx64 is now also simply called Falcon. Cubase recognizes the plugin ID and automatically replaces. Don't know how other daw's do this tho.

That's great news for us Cubendo users.

Of course it does it that way in the plugin manager

Post

Why 'of course'? Many don't (NI's for instance automatically replaced in plugin manager and projects)
